Cookie policy
Necessary cookies always run. Everything else requires you to say yes — and you can change your mind at any time.
1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser. Some are necessary for the site to work; others are used to measure traffic or show ads.
2. Our categories
| Category | Purpose | Requires consent |
|---|---|---|
| Necessary | Cart, session, security, your cookie choice | No |
| Statistics | Google Analytics 4 — how many people visit what | Yes |
| Marketing | Meta pixel, Google Ads — measurement and retargeting | Yes |
3. Consent Mode v2
We use Google's Consent Mode v2. If you say no, no statistics or marketing cookies are set; only anonymized signals without identifiers are sent. As a result, our own numbers come out a little lower than reality. That's the price of doing it legally, and we're happy to pay it.
4. Retargeting — said out loud
If you say yes to marketing, you may see our ads on LinkedIn or Facebook in the days after your visit. That's not a mistake and it's not a secret: it's exactly the machine we build for our clients. You experience the work instead of reading about it.
5. How to withdraw your consent
Clear the cookies for champaign.io in your browser settings — and we'll ask you again on your next visit. You can also block cookies entirely in your browser; the site will still work.
6. Third parties
Google and Meta are independent data controllers for the information they receive through their tags. Their own policies therefore also apply — see Google's and Meta's privacy policies. How we process data is set out in our privacy policy.
