Privacy policy

We sell measurable marketing. So we owe you a clear answer on what we measure ourselves.

1. Data controller

We never ask for national ID numbers, and card details never pass through our own systems.

3. Legal basis

Contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) — when we deliver what you have bought.
Consent (point (a)) — statistics, marketing and newsletters. Can be withdrawn at any time.
Legal obligation (point (c)) — bookkeeping.
Legitimate interest (point (f)) — ordinary B2B contact and security on the site.

4. Who we share with (data processors)

Stripe — payment and invoicing
Cloudflare — hosting and security
Resend — sending email
Google (GA4/Ads) and Meta — only with consent to statistics/marketing

We never sell your information. If data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, this is done under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep data

Bookkeeping records: 5 years from the end of the financial year (legal requirement).
Customer information: for as long as we work together + 2 years.
Leads without a purchase: 12 months, then deleted.
Consent to the newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection — including objection to direct marketing. Write to [email protected], and we will reply within one month.

ComplaintsIf you are dissatisfied with how we process your data, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby — datatilsynet.dk.

7. Our own robot

We run a crawler that checks whether sponsored links are live and dofollow. It only reads publicly available pages, respects robots.txt and collects no personal data. See champaign link robot.
