Terms of sale
Short and clear: what you buy, what we deliver, what we guarantee — and what we don't.
1. Seller
champaign is operated by OLIP MARKETING - FZCO, license no. 92954, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact: [email protected], +45 22 50 50 11.
2. The products
- Campaign products — research, offer, funnel, landing page, copy, tracking and selected add-ons.
- Sponsor placements (the link shop) — we take out a sponsorship with a club, association or organization on your behalf, and you appear as a sponsor on their site.
- Basic package — setup of company profiles in public directories.
- Management & optimization — an ongoing subscription that can be cancelled with effect from the end of a paid month.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in Danish kroner on the Danish site and converted to local currency in the other languages. No VAT is added: champaign is run by OLIP MARKETING - FZCO in the United Arab Emirates. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
Estimated prices in the link shop. A sponsored link is marked either fixed price — we have a written quote from the organization — or estimated price. An estimated price is our best estimate based on comparable sponsorships; the final price is confirmed with the organization before the placement is ordered. If the price cannot be held, we contact you before anything further happens: you choose whether you want to pay the difference or receive a full refund. You will never be charged more than the amount you have seen and approved.
Prices for sponsor placements consist of the organization's own price plus our handling fee. Prices marked “estimated” are not binding: we obtain the final price from the organization and confirm it to you before any payment is taken. If the final price is higher than the estimated price, you may cancel at no cost.
4. Payment
Payment is made by payment card via Stripe. We do not store your card details. Subscriptions are charged monthly until cancelled.
5. Delivery

Ads and campaigns are always delivered paused. You approve and activate them yourself. We never switch on ad spend on your behalf without your express instruction.
6. Guarantees
Sponsored links: if the link is not live and dofollow within 30 days, you receive a full refund.
Campaigns: if the campaign is not ready to go live 10 working days after the brief is approved, you receive a refund of 20 % of the price.
The guarantees cover what we control ourselves: delivery, timing and the technical state of the link.
7. What we do not guarantee
We do not guarantee rankings in Google or other search engines, any particular development in Domain Rating, or any particular number of leads or sales. Nobody can guarantee that, and those who do are selling you something they don't own.
Search engine guidelines recommend that paid links are marked with rel="sponsored" or nofollow. We sell sponsorships — visibility and support for the association — and you decide for yourself how to use them. Read more in our guide to sponsored links.
8. Sponsorships and renewal
Sponsorships typically run for a season or a year and are not renewed automatically. We notify you well before expiry, so you can choose whether the placement should continue. If the organization removes the link during the period, we will try to have it restored; if that is not possible, we refund you on a pro rata basis.
9. Right of withdrawal
Sales to businesses carry no statutory right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal; however, this right lapses for services that have been fully delivered with your prior consent.
10. Liability
Our liability cannot exceed the amount you have paid for the delivery in question. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost revenue, lost data or changes to search engine algorithms.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. The parties shall seek to resolve any dispute amicably; failing that, disputes shall be settled by the courts of Dubai.
If you are a consumer resident in the EU or EEA, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
12. Language
These terms are available in Danish, English, Norwegian, Swedish and German. In the event of any discrepancy between the versions, the English version prevails.
